Seeing a need for change, we formed our non profit organization to provide authentic connections for teens leaving foster care. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community in Lubbock!

We focus on strengthening positive relationships for former foster youth to provide the momentum for true change. Using data driven charity models, we provide solutions that will break the cycles of poverty and abuse in our community.
